About the role
The National Key Account Service Co-ordinator is a fast-paced role that involves leading a team of site and field-based engineers, along with promoting the growth and profitability of the account. 

The role will involve arranging repairs and regular maintenance of equipment, across all of the national account sites. You will be the key point of contact and will work closely with the Head of the National Key Account to provide an excellent level of customer service. The national account is of significant importance, to ensure SLA times are adhered to, supporting out of hour VOR breakdowns will be required on a rota basis. 

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional Administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ideally you will have a background in coordinating / supporting national customer accounts, or have worked within an account management environment, ideally within the MHE industry.

Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, the National Key Account Service Co-Ordinator will (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Leading a team of field-based and site-based engineers associated with the national account 
  • Central point of contact that will involve, asset movements, invoice queries, PM scheduling and customer communication 
  • Excellent time management of a fluctuating workload, being able to prioritise tasks in an independent manner and able to handle incoming additions 
  • Managing data integrity across multiple systems and providing client reports in a precise and timely manner 
  • Participation in national account meetings locally and regionally where required 
  • Management of national account fleet library 
  • Ensuring parts stock levels in the regional distribution centres are maintained and regularly updated 
  • Working closely with the Head of National Key Accounts on a daily basis 
  • Maintaining compliance records and ensuring site leads are adhering to the Health & Safety requirements on the site, with regular checks on audit records 
  • Liaising with the account contact to arrange engineer attendance to breakdowns, maintenance and servicing 
  • Work collaboratively with all other department in the business
  • Processing engineer jobs in preparation for invoicing 
  • Producing quotations for repairs and further works required 
  • Processing warranty claims 
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by your line manager

Candidate Requirements

  • Highly organised with experience in a similar role preferable 
  • Excellent levels of communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues 
  • Competent user of Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Experience with CRM systems (protean would be advantageous)
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
