About the Role

The production operative will primarily be based at our Lopen Business Centre and will be responsible for the preparation, cutting, machining, and building of all aluminium products.  In addition, you will be responsible for preparation of materials.

Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Fabricate multiple types of windows, shopfront and curtain walling aluminium systems 
• Follow process and checks to ensure output quality is of high standard
• Housekeeping of workshop area 
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by your line manager

Candidate Requirements

• Capability to follow instruction, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Confident operating power tools safely.
• Be safety conscious (as glass can be fragile and hazardous)
• Confidence in talking with colleagues, and other trades
