ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain Altegra websites and digital platforms. 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to agree and deliver high profile and quality

digital products and services e.g., website development, innovation strategy involvement, integration, and CRMs.

  • Working alongside external agencies to support optimising capabilities such as search engine optimisation and search engine marketing and social media optimisation.
  • Uploading and updating content on a timely basis – liaising internally with key stakeholders. Also provide guidance and training to staff when required.
  • Optimise user experience to improve ease of use of the Altegra websites.
  • Undertake email communications for Altegra (using Mailchimp type platforms) based on an agreed plan including management of the timetable, content, and collation.
  • Manage the media, marketing & communications content for Altegra in line with the AOP (annual operating plan)
  • Develop and implement social media strategies and maximise profiles across all

activities to improve brand discovery. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

 

  • Identify content opportunities in each sector and produce the relevant materials (news items, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, infographics etc.) and disseminate in the most appropriate digital channel.
  • Interface with external agencies and consultants as required.
  • Function as a ‘brand ambassador’ to promote the correct use of the Altegra brand both

internally and externally through digital channels.

  • Record activities relevant to members on Hubspot (Cloud based CRM platform) or other CRM platforms within the business.
  • Identify digital trends, use these to inform and evolve Altegra core activities and outputs as well as dissemination plans. 
  • Operate within Altegra brand guidelines.
  • Attend trade and industry functions as required.
  • Present conceptional ideas to SLT and Group Board when required.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Qualifications and experience
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc)
  • Advanced understanding of:

- WordPress, SEO tactics, Hootsuite.

- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.

- Proven experience of delivering.

  • Successful integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution (SEO/SEM, up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online)
  • Marketing and measurement against business KPI’s.
  • Mailchimp/email marketing.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with experience in fast-paced

environments

Other Requirements 
  • Background in Construction, industrial, Fenestration or Material Handling, considered an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript development
  • Marketing degree or similar. 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
