Fabricator/Workshop Engineer

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The fabricator / workshop engineer will primarily be based at our Lopen Business Centre and will be responsible for the preparation, cutting, machining, and building of all aluminium products.  In Addition, you will be responsible for organising goods inwards to stock and be responsible for preparation of materials. On occasion, you may be required to assist external engineers on local jobs of multiple descriptions, from delivery of materials to installation of all products we offer as a business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Fabricate multiple types of window, shopfront and curtain walling aluminium systems
• Follow process and checks to ensure output quality is of high standard
• Housekeeping of workshop area
• Stock location management
• Basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by your line manager
